The Law and Arbitration Offices of Donald T Ryce provides arbitration services in a variety of matters, including labor, employment, commercial, and consumer arbitrations.

Experience

Mr. Ryce has practiced law for over 35 years, with practice primarily involving labor and employment law and some commercial litigation. He has defended employers in discrimination cases brought under Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, ERISA, and other federal and state laws. He has also represented employees in whistleblower, discrimination, ERISA, and equal pay act cases. In addition, he has handled complex non-employment commercial litigation involving breach of contract, fraud, constructive trust, tortious interference and negligence issues. He has handled arbitrations in employment, labor, commercial, securities, and consumer matters, and has also served on three-arbitrator panels both as chair and as wing. He is also a Hearing Examiner for Miami-Dade County.

Mr. Ryce is currently serving on the Executive Council of the Labor and Employment Section of the Florida Bar and is listed in Who’s Who in America, Who's Who in American Law and the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.  He has offices in Vero Beach and Miami Beach, Florida
